Reviewed on 18th August 2013Outbound pickup there waiting, however upon inbound arrival we had to hang around for 20 minutes for car to arrive. Not good after a long flight and so much for '5 Star Meet and Greet'.

Reviewed on 7th July 2012Although they charge a decent low fare for this service - the service itself was poor: On the way out, I almost missed my plane as the driver was very late to pick up my car and difficult to join as the mobile numbers are not centralised. On the way back my car keys had apparently been left lock in another vehicle!!! and had to wait forever for them to sort out the problem. I will try a different service next time.

Reviewed on 3rd April 2012I have used 5 Star Meet and Greet on two previous occasions from T1. I used them again when I flew out of T5. I didn't mind paying a bit extra as I thought I was going to get a good services. This was not to be, however, as when I arrived at the drop off zone I had to wait an extra 20min for the car to be collected which was on top of the 20min from my first phone call. I know things happen, but I had to do the chasing to find out why no one was coming to pick the car up. When the driver arrived he was not apologetic at all, just a matter of fact that he got delayed. On our return it took a long while to get the luggage. We rang the company to tell them we had the bags and were told it would be a 15-20min wait for the car. But it was 35 or 40min before the driver turned up, although he was friendly and explained the reasons for the delay. While these delays can happen, it is lack of customer service which is not acceptable, it only takes a phone call to warn a customer that his/her car is going to be picked up or dropped off late. I will not use this company again! On this occasion I would have been better off using a normal airport car park.

Reviewed on 12th September 2011Prior to arrival at terminal 5 Heathrow service involving email and text conf was good. When we arrived at the airport our information printed from the confirmation told us to wait the other side of the barrier at the short stay car park, this we did; but there was no show from the company, I reapeatedly called them to be told they were 2 mins away, 10 mins later called again and told 2 mins away?! several calls later and 30 mins wait! We established that the man was there, but waiting at row G I think in the car park? This is not the information given to you as a customer on any documentation, I have apraised the company of this and hope they make it clearer for subsequent customers, as if it wasn't for that, it would have been a good and reasonbably priced service. I am travelling again end of month and will give them another go so can't have put me off too much.

Reviewed on 25th August 2011The 2 stars are for an efficient service on departure. On arrival was a different matter, waiting 50 minutes in the rain after being told 10 minutes. No apology (in fact not comment at all) from the driver. Avoid.

Reviewed on 4th August 2011The staff were polite but late - by about 10 minutes on departure (could be slightly stressful if you are running a little late) and took 30 minutes to return the car after my phone call from baggage reclaim (compared to the 15-20 minutes I was told). The problem for Meet and Greet companies is that these sorts of delays challenge their competitive advantage compared to Long Term car-parking with an efficient shuttle service.

Reviewed on 25th February 201120 minute wait for car to be returned was a pain. Would have been quicker to get teh bus!

Reviewed on 28th January 2011Pickup was fine. On arriving at the airport, I called the coordinator and was told the car would be delivered back in 15 minutes. After 30 minutes, I called again and waited a further 10 minutes before receiving my car. I understand traffic can be heavy around Heathrow at times but this is their core business. My return flight number was provided in advance and therefore my landing time was available. Surely provision should have been made to get my car to me on time? It would have been quicker to park in long term parking and take the bus...
