Gave 30 minutes notice of arrival at T5 and he was there to meet us. Phoned on landing and again when baggage collected. Did have to try several times before he picked up on the latter (otherwise I would have given a 5) but car was ready and waiting for us and all in good order. Overall very pleased with the service and would certainly use again.

Very clear instructions, and nicely close to the departure lounge on drop off. Collection was not quite as efficient and had to wait 40 minutes from when I called once i had collected my baggage. W have used them many times and this seems to have been longer than normal. would use again.

Your service is normally fantastic, but this time it didn't work so well. On both departure and arrival I followed the instructions on my parking voucher only to find that they didn't work. This resulted in many phone calls to find out where your operatives where, which when you've just travelled for 30 hours through three time zones isn't the best!

It was nearly excellent, just a few areas that took the shine away, but nothing too major!

Good overall, but I had changed the time of our drop off to half an hour earlier. This was confirmed by text, but not passed on, so the driver was late meeting us by almost 30 minutes. Otherwise very good service.

I have used 5 star meet and greet many times. In the past, sometimes we can wait a little bit too long for the car on return but still acceptable I would say. On this occasion, it was just a short wait, but the door trim and driver's foot well carpet was covered in mud stain. This could have been because of the wet weather and the compound where the car was stored, it was raining when the car was delivered outside the terminal at the drop off lane and I just wanted to load up the luggage and get home, so did not pay any attention to the state of the car at the time. It was only when I got home and got out of the car that I had notice the mud. But that was the only niggle. Would still use them in the future, but hope they will take note of this review and pay more attention to keeping the vehicles clean when in their possession.

I use these guys almost every week and most of the time they are excellent and I don't have to hang around waiting for my car, this unfortunately wasn't the case this week. Fingers crossed they do better next time!
