Good service overall, they were accommodating to delivering my car on pick up at a different terminal which I requested.

I have used 5 Star previously and always given a 5 star, unfortunately this time I have to drop to a 4. Would be a 3 but given that my flight was delayed I will give them the benefit of doubt. Outbound service was great as always, on time, polite and professional. The return is where service could have been improved. My flight was delayed but I informed 5 star. On arrival followed the usual process. The car was there but no driver. I had to wait for a driver to appear with my keys. I don't mind the wait but there was no apology or explanation from the driver, which I feel would have gone a long way to get another 5 stars from me.

A smooth collection of the car by a polite driver. The return of the car was also efficient although we did have a ten minute wait for the car despite ringing from the customs area. Overall a good, value for money service.

On time and professional. Flight arrived early, yet only waited 10 minutes.

Overall good. But waited more than 5 minutes at drop off. Car was in car park but no man with key.

Generally a good experience but more needs to be done at Heathrow when dropping off the vehicle. Representatives from 5 Star need clear signs or a distinctive uniform to make it easier to identify them. All in all would use again.

Instructions were very clear and good (if a tad grumpy on occasion!) communications throughout. The drop off and pick up went really smoothly and the car was returned quickly and in the same condition as I left it. The price was good and I would definitely use again.

I park frequently at Heathrow and found 5 star staff polite and on time when we left. On our return there was a bit of a mix up with flight number but they still got the car to us as soon as they could even though it was 6.30 in the morning and very cold. Would definitely use again.

Used once before so decided to use again as the service was excellent. Received a call on the way to LHR to confirm our arrival and where to park and driver met us very quickly. The return wasn't as good as had to wait for 25 minutes to collect the car and after a long flight could have done without it. It may have been due to our bags coming off late, don't know. Will use them in the future as good pricing, polite and friendly drivers. A good all round service.

Very prompt service on arrival, had to wait 30 minutes on car collection which was slightly disappointing.
