Prompt and efficient service.

Great service as always Only small complaint is they’d promised to valet it but didn’t get to it as it was a bank holiday.

Despite calling 30 minutes before arrival as requested, staff were not onsite to meet me. No call came to say they weren't going to be there at the agreed time. I had to chase them, twice. The return was better but still not immediate.

I was dubious about leaving my car - after several disastrous previous events, but pleasantly surprised by the great service. Drop off was easy (even though I'd made a mistake on my departure date) and collection - what a breeze! I'll definitely use again. Thank you!

Generally all went well. Minor hiccup on return in that instructions for Terminal 2 said to go to Level 2 which we did. After waiting a while I got a call from the driver saying he was on level 4 so we had to get back in the lift and go up another 2 floors. Nevertheless I would be happy to use them again.

Delivery instructions by phone were different from those in the confirmation email. The time taken to return the car for collection was quite long, again different from the email. Otherwise a courteous service.

We arrived a little early but phoned ahead and the change in meeting time was accommodated without a problem. Likewise, on our return the aircraft was slightly delayed but the car was available shortly after arrival in the car park. It would appear from the odometer that the storage location is about 10 miles from the airport. The charge to exit was pre-paid by the driver which is not always the case. Good service. A general comment is that whilst all these firms inspect the car on receipt they never ask you to inspect it on return.

Pretty good all round. My only concern was the vagueness of the dispatcher at both ends, which didn't fill me with confidence, but it was fine and the overall service was perfectly okay.
