Shame about the lack of information when dropping off the car, wasted 15mins waiting on someone to arrive, but not told where to meet.3-4 phone calls later he arrived, also cut off at one point. After that no problems, collected car without any problems.

My car was picked up and then delivered back promptly and everyone was quite courteous. The problem was that the man who took the car from me expected me to let him take it away without giving me a receipt of any sort. I had to make do with a text message on my mobile from his manager. Not professional and I was worried that my car was going to be stolen by scammers. Not good, needs sorting out.

Very good on the way out but, on the way back, I had phoned and as requested from that call, texted to say my flight had changed and I would be landing at a new time. I had to wait over 30 mins for my car on the return and was told originally it because you were very busy (aren't we all?) and then that I hadn't told you about my flight change - which I clearly had!. I will give you one more try but if pick-ups take this long in future, I see no benefit to using your service

For the price I can't really complain. I was met on arrival and offered the option of having my car cleaned for £5, which I accepted, however on the return the car had not been cleaned. When I arrived back at the terminal I had to make 4 calls before someone finally picked up, which was mildly annoying, but still only had to wait 10-mins for the car to be returned to me. Not as good as BAA valet parking, but alot cheaper.

they didnt have our original booking on the outward leg of the trip, so were late in picking up the car. on the way back everything was fine and worked well.
