5 Star Meet and Greet Reviews

Got very cold after waiting around for about 15-20 mins on leaving my car despite call 30 mins before my arrival, however collection was on time and very good.

I had my car collected and they were there to pick it up again promptly but I was disappointed to find that my clean car had filthy muddy footprints in both the front driver and passenger seat footwells when delivered back to me.

Not as good as we were expecting. Arranged a time for driver to pick our car up, we waited and made several, phone calls to see where he was. On arrival back to UK we phones them once we received our bags, were told 10 minutes. It was a good 20 mins wait. Was expecting a much sleeker service from their advertising and reviews. So , we wouldn't use again. I wouldn't call it "five star meet and greet", more "three star" . Also, Drivers were not well presented or professional.

Everything was fine until my car was dropped off to me at the terminal. It looked like my car was parked next to a building site, I couldn't even see out of the door windows properly it was filthy. I wouldn't have minded so much but I just had it valeted before I dropped it off to them.

Not ready for me when at airport. Car came back with mud on tyres, with some splatters. looks like it was parked in field. Not the case on previous use of this service.

Pick up and delivery was very good but after enquiring how far compound was (10 miles from terminal 5 Heathrow) I was shocked to see that the car did 38 miles when returned not sure what they did for 18 mile extra beware????

Was disappointed that the car was brought back to me with hazards going on continuously. This was a hazard. They could have collected me to the car park so I could contact breakdown service. It spoiled my day totally.

First time with this company and not sure that we would use it again. Title is misleading and it is not until you are part way through booking this service that it becomes obvious that it is not actually a Meet and Greet service, but Park it yourself and Go. We were flying from Heathrow T5 and on day of departure and we received a call from the Car Pack asking if we would be arriving on time which we thought was very good. On arrival we found that things were not as expected. Even though we had spoken to the person at the Car Park and told them the time of our arrival, there was no one there to meet us. Ended up searching around asking if anyone could tell us where the attendant for this company was. One of the attendants from a different company took pity on us and he eventually found our attendant stood in the middle of the parking area looking at his mobile phone - making no attempt to look for any new arrivals. Not something that we anticipated having to do and not something that we were altogether pleased with. To be fair, on our return the service was much better. We rang through on landing and when we reached the car park an attendant was stood beside our car waiting for us. We were given a ticket and drove straight out of the car park. A very disappointing experience especially when initially booking we actually wanted a traditional 'meet and greet' service. Our 'on arrival' experience left us wondering if the cost was worth it. There seemed to be very little difference between this and us actually parking our car ourselves and then making our way to the terminal.

Satisfactory. Contacted before arrival and met on time without any problems. Some confusion when we got back as we waited in the airport arrivals area, as instructed, only to find the driver waiting outside. We had to telephone again to find this out. The car also had a virtually flat tyre which had not been noticed before delivery.

Arrival procedure was very efficient, but on our return, when we were tired and just wanted to get home, we had to wait by our locked car, for the driver to return with another car and our keys. I guess they don't have many drivers and deliver cars to anticipated schedule, rather than awaiting customer's call.
