I have used this company several times without any issues. However, this time on the way in, I had to wait 20 minutes for the driver despite being on time. In addition, the coordinator over the telephone started to argue with me! I had no problems on the way back. The car was waiting for me. Might not use this company again.

The meet on 20/02/14 was over 25 minutes late which is poor. The meet back on 10/03/14 was on time. Good.

On arriving we had to wait 20 minutes for the car to be collected. On our return again we had a 15 minute wait.

Overall service was very good, someone was there to pick up my car on departure and the car arrived right in time on my return. However, not 100% justified but I had a feeling that someone has used my car for other purposes while I was away. I found a bag with some apples and other stuff from the supermarket on my rear seat and all the kids toys which normally spread all over my car has been put into the trunk.

I arrived a little earlier than planned though I did call to advise them en route. Despite this I still had a short wait (10 mins) before the car was collected. On my return, I struggled to contact the company (who provide 3 different mobile numbers), but when I finally received a call back after a few nervous minutes, I was told to go to the meeting point where my car arrived fairly promptly. Most concerning, there were 40 additional miles on the clock, which I felt was somewhat excessive, having used valet parking before, 5 to 15 miles is the norm. Also the car was a little mud splashed. The companies website declares cars are given a free wash which the car had not received.

Excellent on outward leg. There was a 20 minute lag in producing the car on the return leg, exacerbated by poor information as to where to meet the car/driver.

Car not ready on return 1st call 18:29 to confirm arrival. Had to give details of car 2nd call 18:38 from agreed return point as no sign of car- no answer 3rd call 18:39 reconfirm car details and told car was on its way 4th call18:41 incoming call -missed 5th call 18:42 incoming call to confirm driver on his way. Driver arrived about 3 to 4 minutes later.

Our earlier arrival time (notified to them whilst en route) was accommodated with no quibbles, but they arrived 10 minutes later than they advised with unprofessional looking and inaccurate paper work. On our return, our car was returned to us within 10 minutes of our call, but it looked as though it had been parked under a conifer tree all week and the back window was covered in twigs, leaves and bird poo! But the price was as reasonable as parking for the week and it was a lot more convenient.

Great friendly service, outbound flight quick and efficient, return flight had to wait 40 minutes for them to bring me my car.

On driving to Heathrow I did not recive a phone call from you 30 min before my arrival. Your chap arrived 20 min late after I phoned 4 times, not very good.
