A little bit of waiting around but all in all very good, it is very convenient with friendly staff. Will definitely be using again.

Good contact. There on time both in and out.

Overall our experience of meet & greet at Heathrow Airport was excellent. When we arrived, we had to wait about 10 minutes for guy to turn up & we didn't know what was happening even though we had telephoned twice, but it was difficult to judge times as traffic on M25 was very congested. Once we had met him, everything was very smooth and all great on return journey. The admin side of Park And Go is excellent, as it has been all 4 times we have used.

Drop off was smooth and easy. Collection was okay, but not as good a service as normal.

Good experience at Heathrow. Followed instructions, a driver was there to meet us when we arrived at Heathrow for our flight and on return, after calling to inform of landing and retrieving our baggage, our car was returned to us in the same state as we left it, within minutes of getting to the meeting point in the car park as directed. We will definitely use 5 Star meet and greet again.

Excellent except they were inflexible with early arrivals and departures. Will in future err on the side of using times earlier than anticipated.

Service was great. Drop off was outside the terminal and took 10 minutes. Return, we were only waiting 10 minutes again and was within the terminal car park itself. Would use again.

No problems with dropping off car or collecting at Heathrow. However inside of car was very muddy even on dashboard where someone had put their feet up on it. Please do not do this again.

Driver waiting to collect car on arrival, slight delay on return pickup but drivers friendly and helpful. Preferable to some other meet & greet providers. Would use again, price dependent.

It was okay, waited about 15 minutes on return.
