5 Star Meet and Greet Reviews

Never used "meet and greet" at Heathrow before, but apart from short wait at both drop off and collect, everything was fine. Excellent value for money - would use again.

Great on departure. On arrival they told us 10 mins and took 30 mins. If they'd said they'd be that long we wouldn't have minded, but we would have had a coffee rather than hanging around a cold car park. Overall a much better service than taking your car to a long stay car park. We would use them again.

Good service, but timings were out - partly our fault and traffic, so can't hold it against them - would definitely use again!

Excellent service. They phoned 30 mins before stated arrival time at T5 I advised I would arrive early and they came within 5 mins of my arriving at T5. For my return I had whizzed through Immigration and only hand luggage, so was on my way to car park when I phoned - we will be 10 mins - they arrived before that. Good value for money and 5* service will use again for LHR.

Excellent serevice. Our return flight was delayed by over 2 hours, unable to advise the company of the situation but our car was brought to the meeting place with no'hanging about' and no extra charges. Thanks. JVP

Everything went to plan. We were met at T3 as arranged and the car was back with us about 2 mins from us getting to the return meeting point. An excellent experience and we will use it again.
