Excellent service. Very prompt taking the car at the airport and the car was waiting for us as soon as we left the building on return. Very fast efficient service which I would use again. Great value for money too.

Dreadful. Use someone else. Snt me to wrong pick up point, en took half hour after directing me to correct pick up point to collect car. Spoke to other people waiting, they had similar experience. Useless.

Efficient, friendly and value for money!

Excellent, I will recommend it and use it again. They were already waiting on my arrival and though on departure I called late within minutes my car was there. Plus booked it late but price was still reasonable.

2nd time we have used Park and Go from Heathrow Terminal 5, and I have to say it is so easy - remove your luggage hand over your keys & cross the bridge straight into the terminal. Great service 5+

Car not ready on return 1st call 18:29 to confirm arrival. Had to give details of car 2nd call 18:38 from agreed return point as no sign of car- no answer 3rd call 18:39 reconfirm car details and told car was on its way 4th call18:41 incoming call -missed 5th call 18:42 incoming call to confirm driver on his way. Driver arrived about 3 to 4 minutes later.

Very good service,we have small kids, so we will always use meet and greet every time we travel.

Excellent service on both departure and arrival, I have used pretty much all of the meet and greet services out of T5 and this was by far the best. I will be recommending without hesitation.

Excellent service and so easy to use! Our valet was on time (during arrival and departure) - couldn't be more pleased. Will definitely use again and recommend to everyone.
