Reviewed on 21st October 2012Meet and greet should not mean collecting your car form the short stay car park on level 5 at 5.30pm on a wet October evening, I was told this happens because the company has to pay for the parking tickets! Would not use again.

Reviewed on 11th September 2012Excellent service and friendly staff. Slight delay when we got back to Heathrow Terminal 4 on Sunday evening and the carpark was busy and it took the driver a long time to deliver our car, but that was not his fault. Would definitely use this service again.
