Couldn’t have been easier. Easy communication and great timing on departure and arrival. Would highly recommend Aerodrome Meet and Greet.

Polite. Responsive. Efficient. Cheap. No problems.

Positives: I booked my car in for 11 nights in July and the price was reasonable. My car was collected promptly on departure and the communication in advance was fine. Negatives: Our returning flight was delayed and after we landed I called as requested, they told me to call again when we had our luggage which I did. Unfortunately we had to wait another 30 mins after the second call for our car to arrive. With two tired children in tow this wasn’t ideal. Also when my car arrived it was filthy, covered in dust and dirt! As I had just had the car valeted before I left I was very disappointed to find it in this condition.

Our car was picked up and returned promptly. The drivers were both courteous. Excellent service.

Dropped the car off at Heathrow airport, terminal 5. It was so easy, I had been given clear instructions where to go, the attendant was helpful and polite. The same excellent service on the return journey. Definitely recommend.

Very easy process with friendly and considerate staff. Instructions were clear which made travelling with children so much easier! Thank you.

Good response times waited a little longer on return but only 10/15 max. Great price.
