Reviewed on 2nd July 2024All good, the phone was answered promptly when I called from the M25 and directions given to the meet & greet area in T2. Very pleasant gentleman took my car for me. I made the 2 phone calls, on landing and once my luggage was collected. The car arrived pretty much exactly 15 minutes after my second call so I didn't have too long to wait.

Reviewed on 28th May 2024Parking at T5 Heathrow for a week went without a hitch, although we had a slight panic trying to phone on return. The answer service said they couldn't take our call at the moment, and to leave a voicemail, which was full! We kept trying and finally got a person, but by that time we already had our baggage. However, twenty minutes later we had our car back and were on our way home. Perhaps management could tweak the telephone answering system to make more accessibility. The drivers were excellent - efficient and polite. I will use this service again.
