Whilst valet parking is more convenient than using a long-term car park, the gap is narrowing. Despite agreeing to meet just after 08:30, we had to wait until 08:55 for a driver to show up. Similarly, on the return we had to wait 20 minutes for our car to be returned. Will start to consider long-term parking.

The service was good and we did not have to wait too long. However, the car was returned in an absolutely filthy state - totally unacceptable. I do not expect the car to be cleaned, but I don't expect it to be so disgustingly dirty when it was initially handed over clean.

Drop off was fine, but on arrival we had to wait about an hour to get the car back. This wasn't Edward Lloyd Meet and Greets fault. LHR T4 Short term car park is an absolute mess. Rather negated the benefit of meet and greet.

Driver did not meet us at the correct location that we had been requested to drop the car off at. Coming back car was dirty inside and it turned out had been used to ferry drivers back to the airport from the off site car park. Complained to Edward Lloyd and situation was resolved amicably.

Drop off was very good but it took over 35 minutes from calling to get the car delivered back. I had used the same service the week before and they were great but on this occasion the service was poor.

Service OK except they brought back the wrong car on our return which had to be swapped over. The Reg No etc were correct on paperwork.

Driver at T3 was 30 minutes late to collect the car despite having informed them twice about our arrival time. Uncomfortable wait in front of the terminal building and the dispatch handler refusing to pick up our phone when we called back several times. Eventually the driver turned up and collecting the car upon arrival was smooth. Disappointing from what is normally a smooth service.

Pick up from airport worked fine. Drop off - I had to phone twice and ended up waiting nearly half an hour before the guy turned up to pick up the car, thus negating the whole advantage of using this service. You get what you pay for I guess and not sure I would use again unless they were significantly cheaper than the competition.

Generally the service was very good, but when my car was returned someone had written BMW in the dust on the bonnet. When I pointed this out and said that I did not think that this was appropriate the driver laughed.

Leaving my car on departure, the driver was prompt. However,on arrival back at Heathrow,the 'ten minutes sir' turned into twenty five. Not good when you return from a hot climate and the car park is chilly!
