When we arrived at heathrow the collection was fine. All on time. Wonderful. When we came back my wife came out the airport first to collect the car and was told it would be 'right outside' Of course it is not. when you come back you have to go to the 4th floor. I know this sounds simple but when you haven't had any sleep and are told the car will be outside it's very confusing. My wife eventually found the car on the 4th floor but she had our only phone and when I came out I couldn't find her. I too thought it was supposed to be right outside and wondered where she was. 30 minutes later we found each other. The car had been parked all this time and the police were getting very edgy. 'Right outside' is for departures, not arrivals. could you please make this clear in future.

Waiting for me when I arrived. But my flight back landed early and after calling when my luggage arrived and going to the car park, I had to wait about 10 minutes.

Really helpful people - the car got to the pick up point before I did!

Great service and a good price

Having read previous reviews ,although it was not the cheapest,I wanted my car washed, so ensured the guy who collected the car ,noted on the sheet this fact,-which he did. On return ,when notifying the manager(Shane Smith) of our return ,he said "if they had promised to do the car wash ,heads would roll if it was not done"!! The pick up and return were prompt ,BUT --NO CAR WASH!! He promised to do it properly next time................! Pity ...it spoiled an otherwise good experience.

I absolutely loved the service you provided - it was a treat to have a smiling face to collect my car so i could simply go on hoiday and then a smile to greet me with my car on my return (even though not cleaned!) I will definitely use this service again and i will recommend you to others

Used the service twice last week at LHR T5. Very prompt as always. Friendly staff who now recognise me as a regular! Only thing was I used to get the car washed regularly and automatically last year. Has the policy changed?

Good service from willing people.

Fast and efficent service. Easy to contact and cr was available on request on return. Nice touch with tex message forwhen we arrived with instructions on who to call and when. I thought it said that the car would be cleaned on the outside for our return. This wasnt the case.

Lloyds carried out all duties as on the label. No problems
