The guys on the phone and guys picking up the cars were fine. Bit confused with the exact location of the drop off point at Terminal 5 (Row L by lifts might have been useful as I waited 5-10 mins "other side of barrier). All worked fine but disappointed no car wash as thought that was part of the deal

I found the service to be fast, smooth and efficient on the outward departure and despite being diverted, delayed and generally messed about, just as smooth and efficient on my final eventual return to Heathrow. Would use again and recommend without second thought.

The experience started well when they phoned me an hour before I was due to be at the airport to enquire if my arrival time was still scheduled as booked, which it was. I phoned 10 minutes before arrival to confirm I would be at the termnal 5 minutes early. I had to ring twice whilst at the terminal and they eventually arrived 10 minutes late (after scheduled time) so I had to wait about 15 minutes in the cold keeping the parking attendants at bay. Part of the deal was a free car wash/valet, which didn't happen and the car was returned in a dirtier condition then when I left it!

Edward Lloyd were prompt and erfficient. I like the way the telephoned before hand to check out accurate arrival time.

Generally quite good, as I have used the service a number of times now. But the time before last my car wasn't washed as requested and this most recent time it took 45mins from phoning for my car to arrive.

This is the 2nd time we have used this service and both times it has been excellent. Our man was waiting for us on departure and arrival and they are always very polite. We will definitely use the service again.

Usual good service,I would like to suggest a loyalty scheme. Instead on 10% discount every now and then; how about a car valet for every 3 bookings?
