great service, great price

I have used Edward Lloyd meet and greet twice. The first time in August was great-no waiting at drop off and minimal waiting time on collection. The second time was poor: drop off time was 5am, and despite phoning, arriving early etc actual pickup was 5:20. Just about OK. On pick up, flight arrival was 21:00. We only had hand baggage. Phoned on touch down etc but actual pick up was 21:45, and had to run after driver to get the key back! Very poor - would have been quicker to use Long Stay. Yes, the car was cleaned, but not prompt enough for meet and greet.

Not much seperated the various valet parking companies price wise so we decided to go with Edward Lloyd to take advantage of the 'free car handwash whilst parked onsite'. Turns out we were duped as the car turned up dirtier than when we left it. Other than that, can't really fault the valet parking side of things, were there to collect the car from T4 as requested even though we were late and car delivered back to T4 about 15 minutes after collecting luggage.

Best way to park your car at any airport, have used Edward Lloyd meet and greet fot the past 2years at B A, Term 5 and will use them agan, I found them very efficient and was impressed with the meet and greet politeness of their reps.

I arrived early at the airport (no traffic hold-ups on the M4 - unbelievable !) and after phoning for instructions I was told not to enter car park for 10-15 mins to allow collection driver to attend. I was also informed that they had tried to make the customary 'confirmation' phone but didn't get through. I waited 15 mins before entering car park and then a further 10 mins before the driver arrived. Upon return to UK I cleared Customs and Immigration to be told driver would deliver car in 10-15 mins, it was 1/2 hour ! I use Meet and Greet to avoid waiting around airports for a bus to take me to off-airport parking. More timeliness is needed.

Have used various meet and greets before and Edward LLoyd are one that I would use again without hesitation. Best price for the height of summer and also free car wash . Service was efficient and very detailed. Would recommend most certainly

The directions on arrival weren't as comprehensive as they could be i.e should say drive to area L or M, but apart from that the service was excellant.
