Service provided was excellent from confirmatory telephone call prior to dropping off the car to returning the car after my trip which was delayed by one hour. Curteous and helpful staff. I will use them again.

Used the service at Heathrow. Driver was waiting at the agreed time. On return we had a 10 minute wait but no problems. I would use them again and recommend Edward Lloyd. Fist class service and well priced.
