Reviewed on 1st April 2018Very disappointing. I have used this service before at other airports with good quality service. This time there was no one to take the keys on arrival and no signs for park and go. On return a similar problem. When I finally got my keys and found the car, the drivers seat had been moved fully forward, raised to the limit and the steering column lowered so it was impossible to get into the car. Everything that could be tampered with had been altered including mirrors, a/c,heating,radio,wipers and more. If this was someone's idea of a joke I don't think it was funny. Your staff should be told to respect other people's cars. I can understand the seat and interior mirror being moved slightly but the rest is not acceptable. I shall not be using your service at Heathrow airport again.
