Great efficient service. Due to last minute flight cancellations I had to move our flight and terminals at very short notice, but Park & Go where amazing. Thank you.

I have used Parking Meet & Greet before and overall I have found the service to be very good. The only small niggle I have is that on my way to the airport having given 20 minutes notice of my arrival at T2 no one was there to meet me. I had to call from the airport terminal and wait another 15 minutes for someone to turn up. Given that the airport is very quiet at the moment I cannot see why this delay occurred. I would definitely recommend them.

Very disappointing. I have used this service before at other airports with good quality service. This time there was no one to take the keys on arrival and no signs for park and go. On return a similar problem. When I finally got my keys and found the car, the drivers seat had been moved fully forward, raised to the limit and the steering column lowered so it was impossible to get into the car. Everything that could be tampered with had been altered including mirrors, a/c,heating,radio,wipers and more. If this was someone's idea of a joke I don't think it was funny. Your staff should be told to respect other people's cars. I can understand the seat and interior mirror being moved slightly but the rest is not acceptable. I shall not be using your service at Heathrow airport again.

Upon arrival at T2 level 4 was cordoned off. I was not advised as to alternative arrangements and had to phone main office who told me to leave car on level 3 and walk up to attendant. There should have been a sign at entrance to tell people where to park. I also think the offer of a car valet for £26 when I arrived to be done while I was away was far too expensive. I would have paid no more than £10 for an exterior car wash, didn’t need internal valet.

I made a change with 24 hours notice to my return terminal. I promptly received a confirmation email. When I got back I phoned and was told my car was en route to the wrong terminal.

All worked well on return, car was waiting for me - first time!. Although instructions forgot to inform me that we had to call before we arrived at the airport on drop off. I understand that these have been updated.
