All went without any problems. We were met at heathrow when we arrived, and when we got out the car was waiting for us. A lot easier than having to get a bus to long stay!

I used this service in January and April and have no complaints to make. We had a phone call 1/2 hour before arriving and the hand over went smoothly. Similarly, we called on our return after having cleared customs and picked up our suitcases and the car was there. I called them at 07:48am and the car + driver was there at 07:30 since I had listed that as an approximate time of arrival. We will use them again.
