Reviewed on 13th November 2014Had to wait about 15 minutes to drop off car and to collect it after returning, even though given a good 20 minutes notice. When picked up car, seat and mirrors had been changed and the car smelt.

Reviewed on 27th October 2014Price great, outbound handover very quick. Return pick-up was very slow. Having followed directions to call after baggage collection, we then has to wait for nearly 45 mins for the car to be delivered. Flight was on time, no excuses.

Reviewed on 9th October 2014Drop of was perfect outside terminal pick up was not so good the information said to phone when got luggage went to answer phone answered second time. Paperwork said to go to level 5 had to phone up again was on level 3 apart from that all went ok.

Unanswered phones, poor directions (no fast track signs) so we ended up on wrong level with incredibly rude and aggressive parking attendant to greet us who accused me of parking in an exclusively disabled parking bay (which was not the case). Meet and Beat would be more apt. Slow to return car, although at least that attendant was polite.

Reviewed on 29th September 2014I arrived at the airport and went to the parking area 'L' as stated on the booking form (which was itself difficult to follow as it didnt state which level to go to), only to be told I was in the wrong place and the booking form was wrong. When i came back to pick up my car, after going to the correct area, they were unable to find my car. 15 minutes later we found it in another area in a disabled parking space. So although a good price the information provided and the service could be improved.

Reviewed on 24th April 2014Acceptable service: Drop off was easy and reliable. On return, the provided phone number went to answer machine, I tried four times and left a message - the car was not dispatched and I had to wait 15 minutes in the car park for it.

Reviewed on 19th September 2011Worked ok. Car was wrapped in a plastic sheet that had blown across the M25 - this gave a delay in getting it back to me. Damage done to the abs and washer. Fair to them Meet and Greet will pay for the repair. I will use them again, stuff happens is how Meet and Greet responded. Rest of the service drop off - payment very simple.

Reviewed on 25th November 2010Fine going out not satisfactory coming back as we were not told when we booked we would have to go to the top floor of the car park to collect our car. My wife has walking difficulties and found it stressful

Reviewed on 12th May 2010The drop off went smoothly and staff were quick and polite. However the return was less so. We were delayed 6 days due to the volcanic ash. Although the company claims to track flights they had lost sight of ours. I phoned when we landed and was told the car would be about 10 minutes and we had to pay extra which I had expected. However the company were unable to accept card payment and unable to offer a receipt for cash. The car covered in thick ash on it's return. When I asked why it had not been cleaned as promised i was told "we did not have the time". We were 6 days delayed how much time do they need? The price was good compared to other operators but i was a bit disappointed the car was returned in such a state.
