Reviewed on 15th December 2014The primary reason for the low score is that the car was returned without the glass in one wing mirror. This is not in itself an expensive problem to rectify, but what was not acceptable is that the 'car damage' report that was done by the person picking up the car was doctored such that it indicated the missing mirror wasn't there when the car was left with them. This was NOT the case. We did NOT drive 50 miles to LHR without an operational wing mirror. We had looked over the damage report before leaving the car and had agreed on where there were scratches etc on the vehicle, yet upon return the damage report then pointed to the wing mirror and had the words "no work" which isn't even a proper description! As such, we will not use this company again. Honesty is a valuable commodity and is one I appreciate in companies who's services I use.

Reviewed on 18th October 2014Printed instructions told us to drop off at T5 row L whereas a phone call was need to be told that row R was right one. On pickup had slightly longer than ideal to wait, but worse was that inside of back seats was filthy. Someone with very muddy boots had sat in back seats. Makes me wonder what else car was used for while we were away. Not impressed.

Reviewed on 25th April 2011Do not use took them 50 minutes to return our car after our long flight we were tierd and exhausted, load of usless excuses when I kept calling them even that the car was dirty so they had to wash it, of course when it arrived no such washing had taken place.

Reviewed on 4th January 2010Car pick up, No problem. Car Return, 1 and a half hours late, excuses about broken down cars blocking my car and another couples, I will not use APP parking again as I had a 2 hour drive in front of me and didnt enjoy the additional delay.
