The instructions as to where to park my car were wrong. I then had to stand around waiting for someone to appear and on both drop off and pick up I had to go looking for your staff. On pick up they saw me standing by the car with cases but still didn't approach me, I had to ask if they were from your company. It was not a good experience.

Very poor service upon arrival, to a point I nearly missed my flight because they had no record of my booking even though I had rang the company 10 mins prior to my arrival as directed and had receipt and ref.

Booking details not forwarded to driver at car park - wrong booking information on system with incorrect date and time. Had to make calls and confirm details on arrival and return. Nearly missed departure flight due to delays. System has to get more organised.

Confusing instructions for drop off as they gave the wrong row location. Also difficult to find the correct official. Return - disappointed to have. 20 minute wait for the car to be returned.

The car was collected and delivered safely, but the waiting times were so long it would have been quicker to use the long stay car park.

Service was slow, we were kept waiting for about 20 mins upon arrival at airport for our car to be collected, although we did arrive early but I rang Star to let them know we would be arriving early, traffic was in our favour, then upon return from holiday we were kept waiting about 15 mins for car. When the car arrived it was filthy dirty, full of dust, leaves, cobwebs and birds poop, we complained to the driver who answered well you have been away for 2 weeks ! then said it was parked at the back of the car park next to the fence, it must have been underneath a tree to be returned to us in the state it was. We won't be using Star again, but will continue to use other car parks Park and Go offer in the Heathrow area.
