Reviewed on 21st September 2009Excellent service and very good value - a distinct contrast to my previous experience with another company in Gatwick! Even with a really quick transit through the airport the car was pulling up as we got out the lift. Friendly and courteous staff.

Cy, the chap who took my car from me was charm itself...and so helpful too.Arriving back at Heathrow there was a wait for the pushchair and then the luggage. Going through arrivals after passports etc my phone went; Park and Go were on the job asking how things were. I said fine, the chap said he'd be with us in 5-10 minutes. It was about 6. Super service...I can't think why anyyone wouldn't use it. Chris Passmore, Cornwall

Reviewed on 2nd September 2009We were met on time (0440) in the valet lane outside of Terminal 3, and were in the terminal building 3 mins later having completed relevant paperwork. On our return the valet was waiting for us with a warm welcome and the car - much appreciated as it had started raining heavily. All in all a very efficient service. Definitely the only way to travel from now on.

Reviewed on 2nd September 2009Our experience of Meet and Greet at Heathrow Terminal 5 was excellent. I hate waiting for the shuttle bus and always want to park close to the terminal. This sevice was less expensive and very time saving. We failed to find the car drop off point on level 5, as the instruction was not clear, but one quick call meant they found us within seconds. On return, the car appeared within 5 mins of our call. We were very pleased and will use the sevice again.

Reviewed on 31st August 2009Excellent value, good customer service and the car was waiting for us as we left the terminal. We always use Park and Go and the Heathrow Meet and Greet Service was the best yet.

Reviewed on 27th August 2009Would definitely recommend. Found i had a bad signal when i arrived (as you ring the company to give them an approx arrival time) but this didnt matter as the guy was there waiting for me.
