Prompt service. No delays on arrival or departure. However, when we returned from our trip, I was handed over an extremely filthy car covered with bird poo everywhere. I had had my car fully valeted for 50 quid just a few days prior to my journey. This was a big turn off. May be I will not use this company anymore (have used them 4 times before).

Must admit not the best option for Meet & Greet. You have to call them 30 mins before you get to the airport, which is rather inconvenient; I'd rather they call me. Even with 30 mins notice I still had to wait another 15 or so mins at Heathrow before someone turned up to greet me. No car inspection carried out before they took the car away. When I got back (only away 10 days) and dialled the phone number it was out of service and a new number was given to call. At least the car was there when I came out of the terminal. All-in-all a very average service.

The parking system worked well. However I did ask for the car to be valeted and I was very disappointed that this was not done. No explanation was given.
