Reviewed on 27th October 2014Price great, outbound handover very quick. Return pick-up was very slow. Having followed directions to call after baggage collection, we then has to wait for nearly 45 mins for the car to be delivered. Flight was on time, no excuses.

Reviewed on 18th October 2014Printed instructions told us to drop off at T5 row L whereas a phone call was need to be told that row R was right one. On pickup had slightly longer than ideal to wait, but worse was that inside of back seats was filthy. Someone with very muddy boots had sat in back seats. Makes me wonder what else car was used for while we were away. Not impressed.

Reviewed on 9th October 2014Drop of was perfect outside terminal pick up was not so good the information said to phone when got luggage went to answer phone answered second time. Paperwork said to go to level 5 had to phone up again was on level 3 apart from that all went ok.

Reviewed on 7th October 2014Excellent service both ways no waiting at all, car was cleaned as well on our return. Excellent value for money will definitely use it again and would be happy to recommend to others.

Unanswered phones, poor directions (no fast track signs) so we ended up on wrong level with incredibly rude and aggressive parking attendant to greet us who accused me of parking in an exclusively disabled parking bay (which was not the case). Meet and Beat would be more apt. Slow to return car, although at least that attendant was polite.

Reviewed on 29th September 2014I arrived at the airport and went to the parking area 'L' as stated on the booking form (which was itself difficult to follow as it didnt state which level to go to), only to be told I was in the wrong place and the booking form was wrong. When i came back to pick up my car, after going to the correct area, they were unable to find my car. 15 minutes later we found it in another area in a disabled parking space. So although a good price the information provided and the service could be improved.

Reviewed on 27th September 2014We had an excellent service with immediate collection of are car, text messages to remind us what to do and our car was ready and waiting when we arrived home. couldn't have been better. Also the staff were really polite and friendly. Highly recommended.
