Reviewed on 9th August 2012A very good service that took a lot of stress out of parking at an airport, particularly worth the extra £20. Or so if you have children, a car seat and a lot of luggage. Gave 4 out of 5 as directions to the meeting point were somewhat ambiguous, although the staff we called were very helpful when we got a bit lost. Overall a very good service and I would fully recommend.

Reviewed on 27th September 2011Excellent service. Better and easier than expected. Collection was made within minutes of arriving at Heathrow and the car was ready in the car park on our return. My only criticism would be the need for more precise instructions for finding the correct entrance to the car park, and which floor and location to park in when dropping off. If this is improved the service could not be better.

Reviewed on 19th September 2011Worked ok. Car was wrapped in a plastic sheet that had blown across the M25 - this gave a delay in getting it back to me. Damage done to the abs and washer. Fair to them Meet and Greet will pay for the repair. I will use them again, stuff happens is how Meet and Greet responded. Rest of the service drop off - payment very simple.

Reviewed on 8th August 2011Excellent service both on departure and return.We were leaving Heathrow 15 minutes after the aircraft landed having cleared immigration, baggage reclaim and collected the car in that time! Only advice would be that the directions for dropping off the car at Terminal 5 could be made more explicit. As you go up the ramp you really have to stick to the right hand lane and not follow the valet parking signs. In the car park itself it needs to be emphasised that the meet and greet area is between areas L and M.
