Overall, a good service. Slightly late meeting me at the airport for drop-off. Would appreciate some kind of ID or receipt for my vehicle (can be e-mailed to save paper).

Best experience of any park and ride ever. We were met by a polite and courteous attendant when we left the car. Our return to collect the car was quicker than expect as we only took hand luggage. We only had to wait 5 minutes for our car. It was covered in dust, but I was not surprised as it had been very dry whilst we were away. The driver was very polite and friendly. I would certainly recommend you and use you again.

Very easy parking that takes you straight to the terminal and allows you to leave easily on your return. Friendly and polite staff.

LHR Meet & Greet saver team were excellent. They communicate clearly and were on time , polite and efficient when it comes to collecting or dropping off my car. My car was kept in a secure compound as advertised- it had a tracker so I can check where they leave it. Highly recommended.

Arrived on time, easy to use.

No issues with collection of the car, hadn’t travelled far and all as we left it. Disappointing to be waiting 20 minutes in the car park after following their two call process. Also frustrating to be given the wrong exit ticket so had to wait longer at the barrier whilst they came to correct this. Not the ideal end after such an easy trip home.

They were efficient and friendly I will be recommending them and using them again.

I was really impressed with the quality of service and would definitely use them again - competitively priced, good communication and very punctual, what more do you want from this type of service
