Reviewed on 18th January 2022No issues with collection of the car, hadn’t travelled far and all as we left it. Disappointing to be waiting 20 minutes in the car park after following their two call process. Also frustrating to be given the wrong exit ticket so had to wait longer at the barrier whilst they came to correct this. Not the ideal end after such an easy trip home.

Reviewed on 26th May 2017Drop off at the airport was fine even though I was significantly later than my agreed time because of problems on the M25 however, it was difficult to get through to the published contact number as I quite often was connected with an answer machine. On collection I waited 20 minutes for my car to arrive but again I had trouble getting through to the number and had tried calling continuously for 10 minutes after collection of my luggage but there was no answer.

Reviewed on 8th May 2017Delayed pick up - called when I landed as per the instructions and then again when I picked up my bag only to be told I'd have to wait 15 minutes for the pick up. That's too long to be waiting for a meet and greet as might as well have got a shuttle bus from somewhere.

Reviewed on 3rd June 2015Outbound was great however inbound was an issue. A mistake had been made with my ETA so when I called my car wasn't ready and I had to wait nearly an hour extra for it to arrive which made me late for work. Mistakes happen and while this wasn't the end of the world I was very disappointed with the attitude of the staff, I didn't even get an apology! No one seemed remotely bothered that the mistake had been made and I had to wait and even argued with me initially about the expected arrival time until I sent a copy of my booking. Not happy .

Reviewed on 28th April 2015Drop off is in the short stay car park rather than in the quick drop area, which isn't ideal. Would be nice to know that before booking. Upon return we waited longer than the 10 minutes for our car to be returned to us. Other than that, good service, friendly people, good price, clear instructions. Thank you

Reviewed on 9th January 2014Service at departure was very good and no complaints from that end. However, the driver did not pass on the information regarding the immobiliser and as such, they could not start the car on my arrival. This resulted in a 25min wait for them to pick me up and a 20min drive to their car park, which was a further 20min out of my way. Everyone was very helpful, and it's a shame that failure to pass on this information resulted in such a delay to an otherwise very good service. I would use this service again, but maybe leave a note about the immobiliser.
