Unfortunately the promised high standard was not delivered. Waited 30 mins to collect our car despite phoning through as instructed. To drop off keys was also a 5-10min wait. This is an expensive service that you don't mind paying for because it saves time and hassle, when this service becomes the hassle and wastes time, there is no point using. it.

I was asked to call 20 minutes prior to arrival to the airport. it is not easy if you driving alone on the motorway especially if the person answering your call is on the loudspeaker and you cannot understand a word they say due to the background noise. After arriving to the airport I had to wait another 20 minutes for someone to pick up the car. What was the point then to call earlier. On the way back I found that someone opened the back compartments and put all the back seats down. They were clearly looking for something, no one was bothered to tell me what it was about.

Friendly, punctual staff but the paperwork has poor instructions so it is very difficult to find and I arrived totally stressed!

It was the worst experience with your company. On my return journey, driver delivered my car on time but he left a snack in my car. I cannot believe the driver eat something in customer's car. In addition, driver's sheet was dirty. I understand it was raining on the day of departure and arriving but there were a lot of grass and dirty newspaper. How did you treat my car? Moreover, the setting of satelite was changed. It might be small thing but it's really annoying.

Drop off was good. Return collection was rubbish - waited 35 mins after I initially phoned after leaving customs. Had to call a couple of times as no-one bothered to call me back with an update on why it was taking so long. The worst meet and greet I have used.

Very hard to understand where I was supposed to both drop off and pick up the car and then the driver returning the car wanted £10 extra without any reason, which in the end I didn't pay.
