Reviewed on 2nd February 2018When I picked up the car, I was told the battery was flat (due to them leaving the parking lights on for 8 days) and when they jump started it, they blew my car radio. My car was covered in mud and there were ominous circles on the windscreen, like where a sat nav would of been (I should of taken the mileage) I won't be using these again.

Reviewed on 4th July 2017When I collected my car I was faced with the bonnet and windscreen covered in bird poo, mud and it was filthy. It looked like it had been thrashed around in a field. Whilst the driver was there I called the company who said the manager was on holiday and there was nothing he could do other than suggest I email him and eventually he would come back to me. I told him I wasn't prepared to wait for him to come back from holiday. He told me to text him. I called back and was hung up on twice. He called the driver and told him next time I parked with them I could have a free car wash. I wasn't happy with that. The driver then started to describe the car to the person on the phone but immediately switched to speaking in an Asian language. I told him that I could not understand what he was saying and could he please speak in English so I could hear what was being said. I told him I thought that was rude. He became aggressive and said why should he and that he didn't want me to hear what was being said. I became cross with being spoken to like this but he just shoved the car park ticket in my hand and said if I didn't leave soon I d be charged for parking. Then just walked off. I tried to call the number but just kept being hung up on.

Reviewed on 1st April 2015Drop-off was fine. Pick-up was a complete disaster; an appalling experience riddled with a litany of lies. I called about an hour before our ETA and was asked to let them know when we were 20 minutes away. I did this and, subsequently, arrived at the nominated pick-up point exactly 20 minutes later. No sign of our car. After waiting for a few minutes, I called again to ask where the car was, to be told it was on its way & would be there in 5-10 minutes. Unacceptable considering that I had given them an accurate ETA. 20 minutes later, still no car. In the meantime, my pregnant wife & I are left standing outside in the freezing cold. I called again to be told that the roads were busy. However, what they had forgotten was that we had just arrived by coach so I knew for a fact that the roads were not busy at all. Finally, after nearly 30 minutes, the car arrived. On speaking to the driver, he confirmed that he wasn't instructed to leave until the phone call I had made from the car park (the one where I was told it was already on its way and would only be 5-10 minutes). Again, he said the roads were busy - total rubbish confirmed both by our inbound coach journey, and by the fact that we could see the roads were quiet when we left! I requested a refund and was told that the manager would call me first thing the following morning. Needless to say, I have heard nothing since. Absolutely terrible experience. It would have been quicker & cheaper to park in the long term car park.
