Good service, prompt and worth while.

Very good service.

Service was fine, collection and delivery on time. However I recommend people record their mileage (take a photo of the dashboard display?). Our car had done 36 miles since collection, and showed that the most recent journey when the car was returned, presumably from where the car was stored, was 8 miles.

There were a few issues with my car and your company were helpful to ensure that the car was looked after.

We had to wait nearly half an hour to have our car picked up on departure as I have the feeling M&G understood that I was a person who has just landed and was waiting for their car, but their car was not starting. Upon our return the car was with us within 10 to 15 minutes after calling the LHR Meet and Greet. That was really good. I would use them again despite the initial wait as they were very courteous and polite, and that is important for a service.

Very Good. Departing I was called en route to confirm my flight was on time. Waited five minutes at my allotted drop off point before being met and my car collected. On return waited five minutes for my car to be delivered. Overall the operation was very efficient.

Fast and efficient service. Would be ideal if the car collection point was at the same place as drop off. Car Park 3, Level 3 is a total pain!

Very good service and good price. Only issue was getting a phone call while at passport desk, which wasn't ideal as I am not an EU citizen. Otherwise excellent.
