Perfect service !

Met on time, phoned on my return and waited 5 minutes. Everything perfect, thanks.

I was very impressed by the service. I did not have to wait at all at drop off or collection. My flight was early and I was texted by the driving to ask if I had landed. All the staff I dealt with were friendly and polite and I would recommend their services.

I had an excellent service from LHR Meet & Greet during my recent travel. Car was picked up promptly and was available when I landed. Excellent experience.

This is the second time I have used LHR meet and greet and both times they were there to meet me when I left and on my return, the car was being driven in as I appeared. Polite staff, both at the airport and on the phone when I changed my return date, they texted me to confirm the change. Very good service, I travel a lot and will use them again.

We arrived earlier than stated and there was no issue with bringing the pick up time forward an hour. Car returned nice and quickly after we landed.
