Had to wait for the car to return to the airport, but that was due to London traffic issues at the time if our return flight. Will definitely use this service again.

Smooth meet and greet. Drop off and collection was no trouble and timely. The collection staff didn't know airport access fee were included, however, we were able to confirm it was and go on our way with relative ease.

The service was good. Arrived on time but had to wait a while on return. Disappointed that I had to pay to exit the car park as the driver did not get the ticket validated.

Well priced. Followed instructions, called 20mins ahead of drop off and again when at car park. Phone operator argued that I hadn’t called as I should have and kept repeating this throughout call. Driver did eventually turn up 10 minutes later. Arrival back to the uk was straight forward and driver was waiting for us by the time we collected our bags and arrived back at the airport. As with all things, you get what you pay for so happy with the overall service

It was a good service but at the exit I had to pay £7.50 to get through the barrier. Normally I put the the ticket in and drive through the gate.. is this a new thing that you’re doing but I assumed I paid for this service too.

A good experience with Platinum Parking LTD Meet & Greet. Good instructions as to where to park and when. Great access to T5 from the car park. Car was returned in same condition to same place and everything ran smoothly with no hiccups. We appreciated the call from the driver stating they were 5 minutes away when we came to receive the car back. Points to note. Car will be parked a few miles away from drop off and pick up. Drop off and pick up is very conveniently placed next to terminal (we flew from T5). For pickup, we called (as suggested) on landing and when bags were collected and then had a 15 minute wait at the collection point for car to be driven from the car park where car was stored during our holiday. This was fine as I was keen to avoid any additional fees (they only pay for 15 minutes parking) and have a quick turnaround on pick up. Service was good. No issues, all went as planned and would use again. Only thing is they didn’t have a desk at collection and all was done over the phone.

Initial delay in greeting but very good on return. Would use again as good value.
