Reviewed on 8th March 2025Communication was fine on arrival and collection, On arrival there was some wait of around 20 minutes, despite calling the call centre 30 minutes prior to arrival as requested. However, on collection the driver was waiting for me in the car park. I would have given 5 stars, save for the long wait on arrival.
