Platinum Parking LTD Heathrow Meet and Greet Reviews

I’ve used a few meet and greet services but Platinum Parking LTD, Heathrow have been the absolute best at communication and promptness. They called me on the way to the airport to check on progress. The driver was there within minutes of parking and on our return the car was ready when we got back to the car park. Good communication on arrival back into the UK as well. Fantastic.

Excellent service from Platinum Parking Ltd, Heathrow Meet and Greet. Met at the airport and handed over car, no wait time and on return the car was waiting for me as I walked out of the lift. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend this company.

Experience could not have been better. They were waiting for us when we arrived with the car. We returned amidst weather chaos and severely delayed but the Platinum Parking Meet & Greet service was still what you would hope for. They answered our calls and messages quickly & politely and the car arrived within 5 minutes of our arrival to the car park.
