I had such an amazing experience, super efficient. No waiting time while dropping or picking my car off.

I used Platinum Parking Meet and Greet LTD, Heathrow and it was a lovely experience, their customer care services was amazing and enjoyable. Best service ever on both arrival and return, phone answered quickly and efficiently, sat nav left in and no muddy foot prints over the car as previously seen. Will use again definitely.

Phoned 20 minutes before arriving at Heathrow Terminal 2. Gentleman was there waiting for me collected my car and off I went. On arrival back did the same, phoned got to my area car was ready and waiting for me no problems whatsoever.

Flew to Belfast last weekend, brilliant service. Called before I left home. Gentlemen was waiting for me to pick up my car. On my way home, I called once I got my language, again spot on, I very nice guy had my car ready waiting.. will definitely use again, stress free life. Happy days.

They were there on time on drop off and pick up. The drivers were polite and courteous. and my car mats weren't covered in dirt and mud which is what I have experienced with the other services used. My one negative is the person who answers the phone answers it like you have a called a wrong number. On both occasions I asked have I rung the right number.
