Reviewed on 19th November 2024Flew to Belfast last weekend, brilliant service. Called before I left home. Gentlemen was waiting for me to pick up my car. On my way home, I called once I got my language, again spot on, I very nice guy had my car ready waiting.. will definitely use again, stress free life. Happy days.

The drivers were polite and courteous. and my car mats weren't covered in dirt and mud which is what I have experienced with the other services used. My one negative is the person who answers the phone answers it like you have a called a wrong number. On both occasions I asked have I rung the right number.

Reviewed on 3rd November 2024Service from Platinum Parking was spot on. We got a bit mixed up in the car park when dropping off and it didn’t seem possible to go up a floor, only down. Their driver came down to floor 3 to meet us. On return, we had quite a wait for our last suitcase and the car was ready waiting for us when we got back to the car park. The driver had also paid the exit fee, so we were able to simply load up and go. Couldn’t be more pleased.

Reviewed on 3rd November 2024I never leave reviews but this one deserves one (short one 🤣). Used this parking for the second time and it was excellent, very well run and everything was on time. Honestly last thing you want after a long flight back is having to find your car park , take shuttle buses etc this one you leave the terminal and it’s there waiting! For that price no brainer really and they accept BLC 🫶 thank you !
