Easy, simple and a well run company… takes the hassle out of airports!!

I have been using this service for years now. Always had excellent service and this trip went well again at drop off and collection. Highly recommended. See you in September hopefully.

Second time using Platinum Parking, again a good experience. Drop off was seamless, driver was waiting for us already. When picking up, we had to wait about 25 minutes for the driver and car to arrive despite we called when landed then when picked our luggage up. It was afternoon so we did not mind that much, but might have been different in the middle of the night. Also when we called they said 5 minutes, but another 20 minutes passed until we got the car back saying it was traffic. My advice would be to be honest with the customer, it was a Sunday afternoon, we drove home, there was no traffic. Otherwise happy, probably would use them again.

The driver collected my car at Heathrow on time and delivered it back at the time arranged. I was impressed by the professionalism of the people and the arrangements regarding collection and delivery. Will definitely use again.

Again, another brilliant drop off and pick up and why I don’t use any other provider when I park at Heathrow. Always 5 stars.

Excellent service. Even with the Heathrow closure, was a smooth process to move it to the next day and were very helpful. Driver was waiting for us on arrival and again on our arrival home. No waiting around and in and out the airport very quickly. Highly recommend.

Brilliant service and very helpful.

Outstanding service once again. Travelled with a group of 8 friends and had two cars booked for parking. Drivers waiting on our arrival at 4am and even without checked in luggage the cars were ready for us on our return. The other group members thought were amazed with how quick and easy everything was. Will be using Platinum Parking Heathrow Meet & Greet again when travelling to Belgium in June. Thank you.

This is the second occasion we have used Platinum Parking at LHR - firstly at T2, this time at T5. The quality of their service on first occasion made me select them again and we weren’t disappointed. Having followed their telephone call instructions upon landing, then after luggage collection, our car was waiting for us with no delay. I noticed envious glances of fellow travellers who were standing and waiting for their cars from other operators - well done Platinum, will use you again.
