Very good, communication was excellent, the driver was very courteous, brilliant value for money, would definitely use them again.

Always an efficient and helpful service and good to be able to talk to a real person if necessary. Platinum Parking at Heathrow was good value and there were no problems or delays.

Very good again. Only issue was we changed the time of arrival a couple of weeks before, but the message did not get through to the driver, so we waited for 10 minutes which was very reactive. Pick up was smooth, and only 8 miles on the clock. Well done.

Perfect timing for collection and delivery.

Unfortunately both the drop off and pickup did not go well, called as requested prior to arrival only to not be meet by anyone, when I called to enquire as to where the driver was I was told I hadn’t called prior to arrival. Eventually the driver turned up and apologies for the lateness. On our return we called as directed on landing and on pickup of luggage, once again no show with the car at the appointed time, called again and asked which company I had booked with. Waited almost an hour for our car to arrive only to given the car park ticket and expected to pay, finally the driver paid the charge and we got on our way. I have in the past used Platinum Parking and not had any issues.

The service was good. Arrived on time but had to wait a while on return. Disappointed that I had to pay to exit the car park as the driver did not get the ticket validated.

Drop off - no issues waited a few minutes only for car to be collected. Pick up I was told 25-30 minutes, but took 40-45 minutes to arrive and did call them after bags collected as instructions said. I had already paid for exit fee on departure, but driver tried to just give me the ticket, he checked his phone and then agreed I was correct.

Drop off was fine. The driver was waiting for us, however I did have to remind him that our booking included the driver paying for the short stay drop off fee, when he asked me to pay for it. On return, not so good. We ended up waiting for 30 mins for the car whilst standing in the short stay, because apparently there were road blocks around the airport. I didn't see any and other cars were arriving in good time. Not great.

Having had a poor experience with another Meet & Greet firm, we were slightly anxious using this one. However, we shouldn't have worried. They were brilliant! From the off they were efficient, quick to respond and friendly. When we arrived at Heathrow, a friendly member of staff greeted us, did a check of the car and confirmed that although we were flying out from Terminal 3, we could pick the car up on return from Terminal 5. Good as his word, when we returned, there was another friendly member of staff awaiting with the keys. The car had been looked after. We will definitely use them again. Just wish more firms were like them. Thank you.
