Platinum Parking LTD Heathrow Meet and Greet Reviews

So efficient and smooth the entire process! We did the meet and greet for Heathrow terminal 2 and honestly couldn’t recommend it enough! We called at 3.30am to say we were 20 minutes away and had an answer from the provided number within the first few rings, which is always a relief. The only thing to be mindful is the driver warned us if we were delayed past 12am on the return it would cost double the charge… which i was unaware of until we were there. Luckily we flew in at 9.30pm and had the car booked in until 11pm so left ourselves plenty of time so just bear that in mind. But otherwise, flawless simple and smooth!

The service provided was outstanding. All calls were answered within 3 rings, the driver was waiting and clearly visible on our arrival and the car was returned within minutes of us reaching L4 of the car park on our return. Highly recommend.

I have used the Platinum Parking Meet and Greet at Heathrow Airport twice and their services are amazing with very lovely, caring and experienced staff. I enjoyed every moment I use them and would definitely recommend them.

I feel I could not fault the attention to detail with every part dropping the car off and phoning up and getting the car delivered back was excellent.
