Brilliant! Upon dropping the car off the driver was already there, same when picking up. Very smooth and easy meet and greet parking, polite driver. Used them twice now and just about to make the next booking with them. Highly recommend!

The parking service with Platinum Parking, Heathrow Meet & Greet is excellent - very speedy collection and delivery. We had an issue with some damage to our car whilst it was parked with them. However, the issue was sorted out and paid for quickly and efficiently. Their customer service over this issue was the best customer service we have ever received; I wish all customer services could be like this.

Excellent service, arrived earlier than booked to drop off car, which was accommodated and car was waiting for us when we exited the airport.

Communication was fine on arrival and collection, On arrival there was some wait of around 20 minutes, despite calling the call centre 30 minutes prior to arrival as requested. However, on collection the driver was waiting for me in the car park. I would have given 5 stars, save for the long wait on arrival.
