Platinum Parking LTD Heathrow Meet and Greet Reviews

Was an hour waiting for my car to be returned. Told on the phone that was because the car in front of my had a flat battery and yet the delivery driver had no idea test he was even late. Had to keep calling for updates, they made no attempt to proactively keep me informed. I use different Meet and Greet companies a lot at T5, generally they are very good.

This company clearly accept more bookings than they can manage. I had to wait over an hour to get my car back after being told it would be with me within 20 minutes. The last thing you want after an 11 hour flight is to wait over an hour for your car before you can then drive the 2.5 hours home. They kept telling me to be patient as they were busy. Really frustrating and unprofessional. Will not use again and I advice you to go elsewhere as I wasn’t alone, there were people waiting to drop their cars off and getting anxious about missing their flights, not cool.

The driver collected my car at Heathrow on time and delivered it back at the time arranged. I was impressed by the professionalism of the people and the arrangements regarding collection and delivery. Will definitely use again.

Booked meet and greet but had a long wait to drop off and collect car. My idea of this service is that you're not delayed. Used others and never had a problem. Had to call 3 times. Not recommended unless you have lots of spare time.

I have left 1 star as although the drop off at T5 went smoothly. When we returned from our trip we had to wait 40 mins for our car to be returned, which was extremely frustrating and unacceptable after a day traveling home.

The drop off was smooth and easy. However, the pick up was delayed and we had to wait 30 minutes in arrivals for the driver to deliver the car. This is despite calling when instructed - when we landed and when we received our bags. We were told there was a shortage of drivers. We have other bookings so hope that the same delay will not happen again.

Again, another brilliant drop off and pick up and why I don’t use any other provider when I park at Heathrow. Always 5 stars.

Excellent service. Even with the Heathrow closure, was a smooth process to move it to the next day and were very helpful. Driver was waiting for us on arrival and again on our arrival home. No waiting around and in and out the airport very quickly. Highly recommend.

First time user and very happy. Would happily recommend & definitely use Platinum Meet & Greet again. Was a simple & quick process on both drop off & car collection at Heathrow Terminal 5
