Top Class. I would highly recommend the Platinum Parking Meet and Greet service. I really can't speak highly enough about the whole service that they provided from time of booking to car collection after we landed. We were contacted en route to check that we were on track and provided with very detailed, clear instructions and directions by a super friendly staff member (lady). Our driver was waiting for us in the exact location we had been given and it was a very friendly and stream lined handover. I felt comfortable and reassured leaving my car with him. Stupidly I didn’t realise that I had booked the day of return for car collection a day early. A lovely member of staff (lady) called me (USA) to check all was okay and I realised my mistake. She reassured me that it was absolutely fine and she rearranged the meet and greet service for the following day. She explained that it would cost an extra £20 which under the circumstances was an absolute bargain and not once during our conversation did she make me feel in any way like a nuisance for messing up their schedule. After collecting our luggage I called as per our instructions to advise of our arrival and again a very friendly lady greeted me and gave me very clear instructions of how and where we could locate our car and driver. The driver that met us was also super friendly and it was another easy handover. The cost for the service that we were provided with was certainly great value for money and without the usual hassle of trudging through car parks or using shuttles to collect the car. Thank you for your super efficient service and for your exemplary customer service. We will definitely use your company if flying from Heathrow in the future and will pass on recommendations to friends and family.

Excellent service. Very clear easy to follow drop off and collection instructions for the same location at the airport car park. They even called me as soon as my plane landed so no hanging around for my car when I got to the car park. I will use them again.

So efficient and smooth the entire process! We did the meet and greet for Heathrow terminal 2 and honestly couldn’t recommend it enough! We called at 3.30am to say we were 20 minutes away and had an answer from the provided number within the first few rings, which is always a relief. The only thing to be mindful is the driver warned us if we were delayed past 12am on the return it would cost double the charge… which i was unaware of until we were there. Luckily we flew in at 9.30pm and had the car booked in until 11pm so left ourselves plenty of time so just bear that in mind. But otherwise, flawless simple and smooth!

The service provided was outstanding. All calls were answered within 3 rings, the driver was waiting and clearly visible on our arrival and the car was returned within minutes of us reaching L4 of the car park on our return. Highly recommend.
