We arrived at the car park early hours of the morning so this encountered no problems at all with getting to the airport, however on arrival at 4.30pm and phoning as requested the return bus took 40 minutes to arrive and then a further 40 mins to get us back to the carpark (due to traffic)after a 12 hour flight and then a 3 hour drive this was certainly not an ideal way to finish the holiday, if you are requiring to set set off as quick as possible better to pay more to park right at the airport(HEATHROW TERMINAL 5)

Excellent service. So easy to drive yourself to 'Purple Parking' and let them do the rest. Also it is so inexpensive.

Waited at main gate for ages it seems for entry, then at barrier my details were not on the system. Aprox time wait for coach to airport 20 mins. On return, called from baggage collection in airport left details and made our way to bustop 5 at heathrow. Waited over 35 mins for bus to return us to parking lot. about 30/40 people also waiting and all of which dived to get on bus. We were 1st in line but mad situation, awful bus journey in rattle mini bus after a long flight. My wife tells me we wont be doing it again - awful! Park and Go organisers/booker great service as always though. Will use Park and Go for bookings.

Pros: Your driver who returned us from Heathrow terminal 4 to your car park at 11 am on May 29 is the tops! He drove us right to our car and helped us load the bags. Cons: Not many. Your Hayes car park is a bit hard to find.

Very quick, no hassle, prompt service. Could do with a better welcome and a smile on arrival.

Very smooth and easy. Also pricewise was brilliant. Will definitely use Purple parking again. The carpark is easy to drive to and from and the delivery back to the car after a long long flight was great. Thanks.

We waited 45 mins to be picked up at the airport for the return back to the car park. When we finally arrived back, we were told that they had lost our keys.

Really good and organised service. Slick, and felt confident leaving vehicle in the care of Purple Parking while going abroad. Site is a small way away from the airport which is no bother except when travelling in rush hour, because it took us longer than the normal time to get between the site and Heathrow. But that wouldn't prevent me from booking with them again.

Outward journey excellent. Return journey involved waiting along with approx 30 others for 40 minutes in cold to be picked up - the last thing one needs after a 13 hour flight.
