Purple Parking Reviews

Always use Purple, they are nearly always the cheaper and they are very secure. The way in is a bit tortuous though but plenty of signage.

Great service, prompt drop off and pick up.

All fine, except that it really is miles from the airport and through west -London suburban traffic which was just about ok for us but may make a lot of people miss their flights! That far you should offer a meet&greet service really!!

Car park is some way from the Terminal but customers are handled in the most professional and organised manner so the distance is not an issue, would have scored Purple Parking 5 if it was not for the nightmare of the short journey back to the Motorway after a 9 hour flight.

Generally a very positive experience. Staff polite and helpful. The journey from the airport back to Purple Parking was a little fast.

I was given the wrong car keys!? but other than that I was very pleased with the parking facility and transport to and from the airport was well organised. I would definitely use Purple Parking again.

Took longer for return journey in view of traffic at that time of day.

Our experience wasn't too bad. Friendly staff, clean vehicles. Driver on way to airport seemed to be in no hurry to get going and one passenger got a bit agitated about being late for his flight. We are also a little anxious even though we had left plenty of time. Return journey was OK until our keys were lost. Soon found but an anxious time (after our flight when all we wanted to do was head home) while your staff were searching for them.
