This was the second time I have used the service. It was very quick and easy. Happy to recommend.

Seamless drop off at Terminal 3 Heathrow, no messing around. Pick-up took longer because the access and departure ramps were clogged. It took me 20 minutes to leave the car park! This was not Terminals Parking’s fault and clearly a Heathrow issue. I’ll be booking with them again.

Hvae used Terminals Parking for many years now. We especially appreciate being able to drop our car at the departure point just a few steps from the airline check-in desks. Terminals are always efficient and helpful. The only issue can be when returning from abroad and it can take up to 12 minutes for the driver to appear with your car, despite having made the necessary phone calls.

Booked through Park and Go previously and had no issue. Used Terminals Parking Meet & Greet again and everything went well. Price is the best I could find. Will use again.

Good value service. The drop off experience wasn’t perfect. We waited for 15 minutes at the Terminals Parking desk at Heathrow T3 and eventually rang the office. The driver was contacted and told where we were. He turned up and did not greet us and mumbled that he had been ‘down there’. However, far better on the pick up side, the driver was there and directed us to the car which was just yards away. Would use again.
