Terminals Parking - Meet and Greet Reviews

Good value service. The drop off experience wasn’t perfect. We waited for 15 minutes at the Terminals Parking desk at Heathrow T3 and eventually rang the office. The driver was contacted and told where we were. He turned up and did not greet us and mumbled that he had been ‘down there’. However, far better on the pick up side, the driver was there and directed us to the car which was just yards away. Would use again.

Overall OK. Drop off instructions need updating, no reference to having to go to any desk at the drop off point.

I've used Terminal Parking many times before, always without a hitch. This time my Virgin Atlantic flight from Miami was cancelled and I was put on a BA flight the next day. This meant that I came in to T5 instead of T3. There was no clear process for how to contact and let TP know. Tried to advise them but in the end just had to tell the guy at T5 and wait 30 minutes until my car arrived.

Short wait for pickup, but half hour wait for drop off when we were told 10 minutes. Only 14 miles added to the mileage.

Staff very good. Timing's good. Everything very good would use this company again. Thank you.

Very good service as usual. The driver was waiting for us when we arrived and we had only about a 15 minutes wait on our return.

Was good, though waited about 18 minutes for car return.

Good price but waited few minutes to drop keys.
