Terminals Parking - Meet and Greet Reviews

I have used Terminals Parking a few times now and it has always been a smooth experience. Straight answer to phone calls and always on time at drop off and pick up at Heathrow Terminal 5 (even when as early as 5.30am) with super easy access to the short stay car park. My car was in the exact same condition as when I left it. Price is very competitive, staff are friendly: strongly recommend and will use again.

Excellent service - on arrival person was waiting for us to handover at T5 and on return car was delivered within 10 minutes of our returning to the designated point in the car park.

Excellent service every time we have booked through Park and Go. On outward journey, we arrived and car was picked up as we sorted our luggage. On inward journey, the car was retuned after a few minutes. Simple, courteous and well priced service.

Excellent service, especially now with car drop off and hand keys in at desk at T5. Car return within 10-15 minutes of collecting luggage and a very good price compared to other operators.

Instructions were clear and the car was collected and returned without delay. Staff were courteous. Johnson was great, helping us to load our luggage into the car upon our return as my husband had hurt his back. This meet-and-greet parking takes the stress out of airport parking; I thoroughly recommend it!
